CLIMATE CONTROL: Thermostats are pre-set for building comfort and cannot be tampered with or changed.

COMMUNICATION: All guest support is handled exclusively via the Booking.com message thread or our official business email only. We do not accept or respond to phone calls or text messages.
NON-COMPLIANCE: Failure to provide ID or follow house rules may result in immediate eviction without a refund.

NO COMMERCIAL VEHICLES: Commercial vehicles, trucks, and large utility vans are strictly prohibited from parking on or around the property due to strict neighborhood police patrol enforcement.
