Stock up on essentials at the Provisions General Store and then prepare anything from your morning coffee to full-course meals in the well-equipped, full kitchen complete with a breakfast bar. Dine together or play some of the provided board games at the adjacent table, and then switch on the gas fireplace and stream your favorite shows and movies on the 50' 4K smart TV in the cozy living area. This vacation rental also includes a deck and an electric grill for warm weather family cookouts. This condo is located right on the Grammy Jay ski run offering easy ski-in/ski-out access to the Village Chair! Jay Peak's slopes welcome skiers and snowboarders of all levels. Not only can you ski and snowboard to your heart's content, you can also enjoy the on-site indoor waterpark (The Pump House), a fitness room, arcade, movie theater, climbing gym, and an ice skating rink, along with golf and hiking in the summer! And when additional activities beckon, head over to Tram Side or State Side on the shuttle. The shuttle picks you up right in the parking lot and brings you back to the parking lot when you are done having fun. THINGS TO KNOW Includes a queen-size sofabed in the living area. Ski locker on the entryway porch for skis, poles, and snowshoes. Pack-N-Play, high chair, and baby gate are provided. A 4x4 is recommended in winter. An electric vehicle charger is available at the resort. Water park and ski passes are not included with your reservation.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 2. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
