THINGS TO NOTE: -Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested. - This is a walk-up unit requiring 18 steps to the front door. - Washer and dryer available for guest use. - Parking available for 2 vehicles in the front. As of January 1, 2026, there is a Seven Dollars per night, per vehicle fee to all nightly rental guests paid to the POA when you check in. This is a mandatory fee that the POA Board of Directors has decided to charge. We do not have any control over it and the fee cannot be waived. - On day of arrival all guests will have to reach out to the local team to obtain the AMENITIES PASS to show to the Welcome Center at Stone Bridge. - Communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. - Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.
