When you aren't tuned into your favorite show on the living room's leather sofa, head for the sizable bedroom adorned with high-quality linens and another TV. The bedroom's electric fireplace keeps you warm on chilly nights, whereas the cabin's high-speed internet keeps you connected to the outside world. A true focal point of the cabin is its spectacular outdoor space. Follow the stone wall down to the pond where you can view waterfowl and other wildlife as they greet each morning with their serene calls. Both the sunrise and sunset views here are unforgettable as they fall over Jay Peak and the surrounding mountains. Additionally, right across the street, enjoy having easy access to Vast Trail. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The wood stove is not for guest use. The shed is not for guest use. This home is not equipped with air-conditioning.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
