Condo features Master bdrm w/full bath and soaking tub, 2nd bdrm and 2nd full bathroom. Enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails in the screened in sunroom. Located in the beautiful Ahwatukee Foothills surrounded by golf courses, restaurants, stores, and hiking and more! Under a 30 minute drive to Scottsdale, the airport, and downtown Phoenix.
This outstanding location puts you in the foothills of the beautiful South Hill Mountains, within minutes to multiple golf courses, hiking trails, shopping, restaurants and casinos! Located under 30 minutes to Phoenix Sky Harbor airport and Scottsdale for Spring Training Games and much more.
