Cozy condo with great views, relaxing atmosphere, and Texas charm. Situated atop a bluff overlooking the Guadalupe River, this gated community offers the feel of the country with a convenient location. Minutes to Schlitterbahn, Faust Street Bridge, historic downtown New Braunfels and a wide array of eateries/retail. Close proximity to San Antonio, Austin, and San Marcos. Ideal for a weekend getaway or a longer stay.

Gate little condo community on the banks of the Guadalupe River near the Faust Bridge. This is on the cliff side of the river and you must go down a spiral staircase to access the water. -
