The guest suite is half of my home, and I live in the other half. But our paths will rarely cross, if ever. Your "side" is about 650 square feet and includes a private guest entrance and interior walls that separate my space from yours. You'll enjoy a full bedroom and bathroom, small living room with futon and kitchenette, and a beautiful new deck...everything you need for a home-away-from-home experience. Recent additions include an electric grill on the deck and a fire pit. PLEASE NOTE: This is a pet-friendly property and there is a pet fee that will be charged! So...if you are allergic to pets, or do not love or even like pets, please choose somewhere else for your stay, as I have three (3) small dogs and two (2) cats of my own living here with me. I also occasionally have guest pets here. PLEASE LET ME KNOW AT THE TIME OF YOUR BOOKING IF YOU PLAN TO BRING YOUR PET. Also, please note a pet fee of 50 US must be paid for 3 nights or less and the pet fee is 100 US per stay for 4 nights or more. Maximum of two (2) pets per reservation.
I am a Nashville native and have had the luxury of living all over the country. I am back now, proud to call Ashland City home, and happy to share part of my home with you! I think you will love it here as much as I do! As a reminder: I live in the home with my pets on the other side of the guest suite. There is a chance I will be here when you are, although I am gone quite a bit. If I am here, I make every effort to be very quiet and keep my pets quiet as well. Still, you may hear my pups barking and bickering from time to time but they usually calm down after a few minutes.
The neighborhood is mostly quiet with some on-going construction nearby. The suite is the perfect distance to experience the fun and excitement of downtown, then escape to the quiet countryside. And if you love the outdoors, you will especially love it here with the Cumberland River Bicentennial Trail about a mile away, along with Sycamore Recreation Area and Cheatham Lake and Dam within minutes. There are also numerous wedding venues close by for your convenience.
