This spacious family-friendly rental offers panoramic ocean views from both the living room and the large wrap-around deck, ensuring you can enjoy the scenery in any weather. The living room provides ample seating, allowing the entire family to gather comfortably. The fully equipped kitchen features updated appliances and everything you need to prepare meals for your group. If you'd rather dine out, plenty of restaurants in Pacific City are just a short drive away! Step out onto the large wrap-around deck, complete with picnic tables, lounge chairs, and a BBQ grill for guest use. A cornhole set is also available for guests to enjoy some friendly outdoor competition. From the deck, descend the stairs directly onto the shifting sand dunes. These dunes create a private area for families to enjoy the sand without the wind and crowds of the beach. A short walk through the native beach grasses will take you to Pacific City's famous beach. The upper floor has primary bedroom has a beautiful with a river view, full bath, and a king bed. The 2nd bedroom has a river view and queen bed. Head downstairs to find the 3rd bedroom with two sets of bunk beds, TV, and an adjacent full bath with walk-in shower. The 4th bedroom has a queen bed.
