This is the perfect place for up to 12 guests with its stunning 180-degree views of the ocean, the sand, the waves and the Three Arch Rocks. The 400-square-foot, glass-enclosed deck, the lower-level patio, and the large grassy yard all provide spacious areas for outdoor activities. The 2,700-square-foot living area includes two levels with three bedrooms and two baths, as well as a separate daylight basement apartment with a bedroom and bath. Both areas are comfortably furnished and well-stocked. They may be rented together or separately to accommodate up to 12 guests; please refer to the individual listings for Unit A and Unit B. Enjoy a five-minute walk to the beach and the picturesque village of Oceanside, which has two restaurants and a coffee shop. Don't miss the 'secret beach' accessed through the tunnel at the north end of the beach. Visit the two local lighthouses, state parks, the Tillamook Cheese Factory, and the Blue Heron Cafe with its unique gift shop, food sampling, and wine tasting. For supplies, there are two small markets in Netarts and two grocery stores in Tillamook. Whether you spend your time exploring or just relaxing, you will have found a charming place to make your beach memories. Please Note: Cell phone service is limited in Oceanside, but it is better in Netarts.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
