We are based on Maui and have a 24/7 support staff for any issues or questions that may arise. We also include all natural, Hawaiian made toiletries, we clean each condo with Green cleaning supplies and we provide all linens that are 540 thread count or greater. We are available to assist guests by providing recommendations on restaurants and activities. We are Maui locals and are happy to share where the locals go. Hale Mahina Resort is an oceanfront property, and A102 is a convenient ground-floor one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo, making it easy to unload groceries, luggage, and beach gear. This unit does not have air conditioning; however, guests can enjoy natural island breezes throughout the condo. The master bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed with bamboo sliding doors for privacy. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower and an in-unit washer and dryer for added convenience during your stay. Enjoy direct oceanfront views from the spacious private lanai, as well as from the living room, kitchen, and dining area. The open-concept living space features dark hardwood floors and a sofa sleeper, providing additional sleeping accommodations for family or friends. The well-appointed kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. Whether you're enjoying your morning coffee on the lanai or taking in the ocean views, this oceanfront condo offers a comfortable setting for your Maui vacation. Hale Mahina Resort enforces a strict maximum occupancy policy. Please note all guests over the age of 2 years old is counted as a guest. This resort offers complimentary parking and does not charge a resort fee. Please Note: The Hale Mahina pool will be temporarily closed for repairs beginning August 3, 2026. The pool is expected to reopen in approximately four weeks to six weeks, subject to construction progress and weather conditions. The Public Beach Access Pathway project is slated to begin Q4 2026. A pathway is being added to the south side of the property abutting the drainage canal running from the street to the landing below the beach. Exact work dates to be determined. Pending Seawall and Sink Hole repairs. The AOAO is working with the County of Maui regarding this project. There is no repair schedule at this time. The resort expects to maintain lawn and full beach access throughout all future work phases
