We’re excited to host guests who are looking to relax, enjoy the beautiful water views, and maybe even spot the manatees that often visit right from our dock—it’s truly a special experience. The gated campground features: 24hr security, private boat ramp, basketball & tennis court, children's playground, heated pool, hammocks, fire-pit , laundry facilities and sundeck. Do not miss the beautiful Key Largo sunset from the pool, or a common area. Campground Access: All vehicles and visitors entering the campground must be registered at the campground office. Your reservation includes one (1) vehicle. Additional vehicles are permitted, subject to campground approval, and will incur a 10.00 fee per vehicle. A refundable 250.00 security deposit is required to cover any damage to the community or campground facilities. Boat & Watercraft Information: Parking space is very limited in our property. Our lot provides approximately 8ft × 21ft for parking. Guests planning to bring a boat/jetski must obtain owner approval prior to booking, as dock access in our property are subject to availability. If owner approval is granted, guests may use the property's dock only as instructed by the owner. Docking in the Marina is not allowed to guest. Marina slips are reserved exclusively for community residents. An impact Fee of 25.00 per vessel/trailer is required by Calusa Campground and must be paid directly to the campground at check-in. Important Holiday Restriction: No watercraft are permitted during federal holiday weekends unless the vessel is registered and physically inside Calusa Campground by the Wednesday before the holiday weekend. Pet Policy: No pets are permitted.
