Property info

This is a small one story building with 3 semi detached apartments. Each apartment offers 2 comfy bedrooms with king beds, a living room, a full kitchen with eat-in dining area, washer dryer free to use and in unit, 1 bathroom with shower, and a private deck with table and chairs. Private parking is available and free of charge. There is a gated courtyard where you can play frisbee or just hang out in the green space.

Neighborhood info

Edgehill is a convenient midtown neighborhood adjacent to downtown, the Gulch, Vanderbilt, 12 South, and Hillsboro Village. You can catch Uber, Lyft, or the bus from my place, and scooter and bike rentals, and golf cart taxis are nearby.
