This Newly Decorated Disney Themed Villa has lots of space with 5 Bedrooms that can comfortably sleep 10 plus an infant, 7 Bathrooms, a large Private heated south facing Pool and Hot Tub and also a large Games Room!...and this is all yours for you to spend your perfect family vacation! Imagine your children's faces when they realize that their Disney vacation begins with staying at this wonderful Disney themed Home. What a perfect way to start the Dream Vacation!
We bought this house two years ago, we all are enjoying it so much until early of this year my 9 years old son's idea to upgrade it to a theme rooms with star war's room which become his and his friends favorite vacation room became Happy planet 1.after weeks one more idea from my son and his teammates that they hope we can make my other house to Minecraft theme rooms for them, that was the Happy planet 2 came ,they all crazy for both them
This home is located in Vista Park Phase II, a quiet, peaceful gated community in Davenport. It is very close to various dining options. There is a Super Walmart in about 8 minutes and two Publix supermarkets within 8 minutes. It is about 20 minutes from Disney World.30 minutes from Outlet shopping center, 10 minutes from HO2 water park & movie theater, 25 minutes from Universal theme park. 3 minutes to Us 27, and 10 more minutes to Us I4. It is very convenient drive around for holidays .
