Hawk's rest may be unique, but the best thing about it, is the peace and quiet. After a long day of exploring Yosemite, Hawk's Rest is a haven for coming and enjoying the late afternoon.

Property info

Hawk's rest is all about Adventure Camping. It is a unique place in which to come and relax, but it is 12 ft. in the air nestled between three 800 year old oaks. It is the definition of treehouse. In order to access the treehouse you must climb 13 steps up a circular staircase. The bed loft is on top of a steep set of steps as well, while the bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. It also has a tankless hot water heater that provides all the hot water anyone could want. The shower is a tin tub with a circular shower curtain, most definitely only for one individual. Hawks Rest is most definitely for the adventurous at heart. If you don't like climbing stairs, our Little Red Caboose or Artist Suite may be better suited for you.

We are in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Hawk's Rest is only five minutes from Oakhurst and 20 minutes from the South Entrance of Yosemite. Oakhurst has many stores and restaurants to choose from.
