Every time we travel back to Gilbert, we fall in love with this community more and more. Our neighborhood is amazing, and the entire City is known to be one of the safest communities in the USA. Get out and enjoy all the restaurants in downtown Gilbert, the food and atmosphere will NOT disappoint you. It's only a 5 min drive or 20 min walk down the Western Canal Path System. Enjoy the Saturday Farmer’s Market, antique stores and more! There are many parks within a 10 min walk, including the McQueen Park Activity Center. It offers 4 play structures for various ages, 2 basketball courts, 2 tennis courts, 2 beach volleyball courts and 2 baseball fields. There is a community fishing pond, covered cabanas and restrooms. The park has terrific lighting throughout for evening use and sun shelters for the hot summer days. There is an extensive list of things to do and places to eat in our online guest book. This property is 20 min to the Phoenix Sky Harbour Airport or Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport. We are located 30 min to Scottsdale and 40 min to the State Farm Stadium. Car, bike, walk, Uber -- so much entertainment near by or driving distance away!
