Welcome to Heron's Haven on the Canal! The property boasts a generously sized second living space that doubles up as a gaming room. Here, you will find a variety of year-round activities, including Skee-Ball, Giant Connect 4, a large playhouse, Ponycycle, a 60" Smart TV with streaming apps, PlayStation entertainment, and an assortment of toys and games. The outdoor features are sure to impress. Enjoy the 180-degree water views from the spacious sun deck, fire up the BBQ grill, and play outdoor games in the fully fenced backyard. There's also a fire pit for S'mores, a hot tub for relaxation, and a 10ft x 20ft dock to watch the sunset while spotting wildlife. Enjoy open-concept living with a gas fireplace and a 55" smart TV with cable and streaming apps. The fully equipped kitchen has high-quality cookware, spices, and utensils. Dine at the breakfast bar or dining table that seats six. The stairs lead to the master bedroom with a king-sized bed and a canal view. It has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and a 42" smart TV. Two more bedrooms have queen-sized beds, air mattresses are available. Two full bathrooms and one half-bath offer ample space for everyone to get ready before heading out to the beach. Located in Oyhut Bay Seaside Village, just a ten-minute walk away from the beach through the Oyhut Wildlife Recreation Area.
