All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The home does not have central air conditioning, which is typical in the Deep Creek Lake area. Summer stays are shaped by the mountain lake climate, with warm days outdoors and naturally cooler evenings supported by fans and open-air ventilation throughout the home.
