Our guesthouse offers a variety of accommodations suitable for solo travelers, couples, groups, and families. Presently with 12 distinct lodging options, each with their own unique and vintage 1950’s old Florida ambiance. You'll surely find the perfect retreat in one of the three buildings, or cottage on the Hibiscus grounds. Our accommodations range from cozy queen bedrooms to spacious one-bedroom apartments featuring king-size beds, laundry machines, and full kitchens. Three of our rooms are pet-friendly, and one is thoughtfully designed for wheelchair users.

Experience the charm of an old-fashioned romantic retreat at the Hibiscus Guesthouse. Nestled in the heart of Grayton Beach and right off of Historic Highway 30A. Since 1994, the Hibiscus Guesthouse has remained a family-owned and operated business. And so we've enjoyed catering to the South Walton and Grayton Beach community and visitors for over 30 years.

Grayton Beach is one of many small coastal beach towns that run along the historic 30a scenic highway. We sit between Panama City Beach, to our east, and Destin, to our west. Our little town is an enclave surrounded by state park lands, including the gorgeous Grayton Beach State Park. What makes Grayton Beach unique compared to other beaches it’s natural dune lake you can paddleboard down, impressively high dunes. With special permitting, Walton County residents can drive on Grayton Beach throughout the year. There are many good places to eat up and down 30A, and several are within easy walking distance. Just up the street, through the four way, is Hurricane Oyster Bar (We like sitting out on the screened-in porch) and Chanticleer Eatery, a local lunch favorite. Around the corner, headed east on 30A, is the Grayton Beer Brew Pub, serving a full menu in addition to its wide selection of locally brewed beer. Next is Borago, our favorite local Italian restaurant. A little further down, in the Uptown Grayton shopping center, is Grayton Seafood Company, an excellent place for fresh, traditional seafood.
