Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish place designed to maximize efficient use of the space. The guest unit/ studio is attached to the house, it has a separate entrance and a large deck for relaxation. Separate sleeping area with Tempur-pedic queen bed. Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances including a washer/ dryer. The living area has a couch suitable for the space and a dining table and chairs workspace setup is available upon request. Large walk-in closet and bathroom.
I am married and my husband helps me to manage the property. I love to crochet and I do it for Operation Christmas Child (Samaritan Purse),
Established quiet neighborhood. 5 minutes from shopping (Fayette Pavilion), endless restaurants, movie theatre and Trilith movie studio. Near Peachtree city, 20 mins from the airport and interstate to Atlanta. Atlanta motor speedway is 25mins away.
