Wake up every single day to the soothing sound of the crashing waves and leave all of your worries behind at this two-story, dog-friendly home! The main living space can be found on the first level of the home, whereas the three bedrooms are all located upstairs to provide more privacy. The living room offers panoramic views of the ocean and all the comfortable furniture to spend a relaxing time watching the waves crashing into the distance. Snuggle up on the sofa, turn on the flatscreen Smart TV, and catch up on your favorite series while the gas fireplace warms up the space in the blink of an eye. The kitchen/dining area also offers incredible water views and if you'd like to take a closer look, you might as well use the telescope available. The kitchen comes equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a French door fridge, coffee maker, and dishwasher. There is also a convenient breakfast table that seats three people, perfect for quick meals on the go, but for a more formal setting, the dining table can seat up to six people. This level also features a half bathroom near the main entrance. The three bedrooms available can be found upstairs along with two full bathrooms. The main bedroom has its own oceanfront balcony, flatscreen TV, gas fireplace, and ensuite full bathroom with double vanity and a walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms also have a flatscreen TV, and the guest bathroom features a tub/shower combo.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
