Hey, I am Silas. I am an outdoor enthusiast currently based out of Tok, AK. I enjoy adventure motorcycling all over the continent, camping, and other outdoor activities. I am YouTubing some of my adventures as I have time. I hope to retire to bike life on the road for a couple years somewhere down the road. Happily married for the past 14 years. Welcome to The Highway Hideaway. This 8×12 cabin sleeps 2 in a comfortable hand-built bunk bed with twin mattresses, and offers simple comforts: a gravity-fed reservoir with sink, fresh-water outdoor shower, and a clean outhouse. Unwind in the hot tub room or by the fire pit (wood provided). Enjoy a mini-fridge, Keurig coffee bar, open shelving, workbench station, and sheltered motorcycle parking. The room offers a hand built bunk bed with clean, comfortable linens and pillow options. While this is a small cabin, we have a small fridge, hot plate, and a keurig. Hot tub access is always allowed, however on very warm days in the sun, it's temperature sometimes gets too warm for use. On the cooler and cloudy days, it is an awesome perk of the property! **This room includes a clean outhouse, and an outdoor shower room with a clean gravel floor! There are washcloths and towels provided for your comfort and convenience! WE RECCOMEND BRINGING FLIP FLOPS FOR YOUR COMFORT IN THE SHOWER.** ****Outdoor shower closed for the winter after September 20 due to weather. 🤪**** Outside, we have plenty of parking and a big front yard. There is also a patio and a fire pit to enjoy making smores, roasting hotdogs, or simply hanging around a campfire and enjoying the quiet area. :) For motorcycles, parking under the sheltered walkway roof of the main house is welcomed! As avid traveling adventure motorcyclists, we strive to provide as many modern comforts and ammenities as possible in the space we have. All travelers are welcome to stay with us! 😊 We hope to be able to provide you with 5 star value for your money here in our area! 😁 You will have sole access to the cabin. Access may be shared with other guests to the outdoor shower room, outhouse, driveway, sheltered motorcycle parking, the hot tub, and our front yard.
