Our brand-new home (finished in December 2022) is a modern 1800 sq ft, two-story townhouse. Upon entering, you’ll feel like you’re on vacation, but right at home too! Everything inside is brand-new, from the furniture to the hangers in your closets. The first floor has an open concept floor plan. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and white quartz countertops. Everything you need to cook a delicious meal is right here. The dining room table seats 6, or can be easily expanded for larger groups. This is perfect for entertaining or having a cozy family meal. Unwind in the living room on our oversized sectional sofa in front of the color-changing electric fireplace. A 50” TV with Roku connected is mounted above the fireplace for all your digital entertainment needs. If you need to work during your stay, we’ve got you covered with an office that includes a desk, monitor, and rolling chair. Plus, there’s a Serta sofa bed in the room that’s perfect for taking a nap or playing one of the many board games or puzzles that are available. The primary bedroom is generously sized and features a brand-new King bed, a 50” Roku TV, an electric fireplace, a large walk-in closet with plenty of storage, and a spacious ensuite bathroom with a beautifully tiled walk-in shower. The secondary bedrooms both have memory foam Queen-sized beds, dressers, and Roku TVs. Just a few steps away is the bright and cheerful bathroom with dual sinks and a shower/tub combo. The Whirlpool washer and dryer set is conveniently located on the second floor. Detergent, an ironing board/iron, and beach towels are provided. After a day of fun and sun, take a break in our screened-in porch and enjoy a beverage and a sunset. Bike and walking trails are conveniently located right at the end of the street for those who prefer a scenic view of the island. You won’t have any neighbors directly in front of you distracting your stay, just trees and grass.

This home is nestled in a brand-new, peaceful neighborhood surrounded by lush, mature trees. There are no neighbors in front of the property, so you’ll have a clear view of everything. A walk/bike path ends at the end of the street and winds around the island. It’s perfect for exercising, sightseeing, or a relaxing stroll.
