This location is very walkable; 4th Ave. and downtown are just minutes away. The home is four blocks from the light rail, which travels through the University of Arizona, downtown, and to the Mercado. Trugo Bike is four blocks away, and several ZipCars are available for hour/day rental on the UA campus. PETS: This is a pet-friendly home, and guests are welcome to bring their dogs! (Dogs are the only approved pets at this home.) There is a limit of two pets, and the associated fees are 58.00 for one pet and 90.00 for two pets. (Fees are charged per stay, not per night. For two pets, 58.00 is included in the initial reservation payment, and an additional fee request is sent after booking.) We ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that guests pick up and discard any droppings. PACKAGES & MAIL: If you need to receive packages or mail during your stay, please DO NOT plan to have anything delivered to the property. Instead, please plan to have packages or mail delivered to an Amazon locker, FedEx location, etc.
