This is historic home built in 1900. It is located in a Historic Maple Hill Neighborhood and features old architectural details - high ceilings, large windows, panoramic views.

Maple Hill Neighborhood is an old historic area in downtown Springfield. It features beautiful antique homes, ancient oak and maple trees, large green areas, and it exudes the charm of yesteryears. Close proximity to all amenities and entertainment that Springfield has to offer - MGM Casino, Eastern States Expo, Basketball Hall of Fame, Dr. Seuss Museum, and numerous colleges, schools and universities.
