Property info

This is a historic two-story loft that has several unique characteristics - from colorful murals to swings in the kitchen - you won't want to leave! Very spacious with everything that you need! . Just walk right out your door to plenty of restaurants, shopping, and coffee shops.

Neighborhood info

We are located on Historic Commercial Street in Springfield, Mo, our city's first vibrant business district. Surrounded by coffee shops, local restaurants, and businesses, there is much to see within walking distance. Downtown is approximately 10 minutes away by car and there is much more to see within the whole city! If you are traveling without a car we recommend using Uber to get from point a to point b.
