This family-friendly spacious pool home was fully remodeled in 2023. The open floor plan, single floor living space makes you feel at home as you enjoy the ample natural light, beautiful white quartz island/countertops, Scandinavian red kitchen cabinets and amazing views of the mountain and swimming pool. All the bedrooms have memory foam mattress, luxury hotel style sheets and window blinds for a comfortable night sleep. Home Includes * Fully furnished living room with vaulted ceiling, fireplace, 65" TV and sound bar with sub-woofer * Fully furnished en-suite master bedroom with 50 inch TV * Fully furnished kitchen with appliances, cooking essentials, coffee maker, dishwasher, oven, silverware, etc * Dinning or breakfast areas with amazing pool and mountain views * Outdoor grill and outdoor sitting area * Heated swimming pool and tub. Both heated for a fee. * Dedicated and furnished office space for remote work *WI-FI *Washer and Dryer

The property is located in scenic westside El Paso. It's a very quiet neighborhood but within walking distance or 2-3 mins drive to gym, walmart, CVS, restaurants etc. UTEP is only 10mins drive, Fort Bliss and El Paso International Airport are both less that 30mins drive away.
