Please note that guests are required to sign a House Rules and Guest Agreement electronically (via a secure online form) prior to or upon check-in. The agreement link will be sent to the phone number and email address provided in the reservation. The maximum permitted stay is 14 consecutive nights. For extended stays, regular rates apply.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Please inform Los Angeles Zen Home of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests don't receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.

A damage deposit of $100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. The deposit will be fully refunded by bank transfer if there's no damage to the property upon inspection after check-out.
