We are a fun loving family that has dreamed of a special place to explore, entertain and enjoy. This is a brand new residence. Erected and finished in May of 2023 we've been blessed by the response and eager to please. 20 Minutes outside of Myrtle Beach...Little River is a hidden jewel. 5 minutes to North Myrtle Beach and minutes away from so many live entertainment options. The home was developed with an open air design. Our Grand Room, fully functional kitchen and dining nook welcomes you to stay and relax. Impressive hand crafted patio area delights with an in-ground pool, fully furnished Pavilion, gathering table and lounges for days of sunbathing and evening socials. Perfect for making new memories. Our home is fully furnished with a Master Bedroom King and two Queen size guest rooms.

There is so much to see and enjoy in Little River and the surrounding areas. Little River boasts of being the only place where you can try your luck on the open seas at the Big M casino. The Big M is located on the inner coastal where Crab Catchers, the Hurricane Restaurant and many other open air bars are located. Boardwalk Billies offer more entertainment vistas with great food, opportunities nearby to go Dolphin sightseeing, rent jet skis or just book a simple fishing excursion. There's the Alabama, The Opry, The Pirates Voyage, Broadway at the Beach, Market Common......we could go on forever.... We have some of the most award winner Golf Course in the entire South. Within 1 mile of our residence there are 4 signature Golf courses, miniature Golf for the kids, Bowling, taste treats on every street and bountiful FIVE star restaurants within miles. For culinary delights visit the Oyster Rock, Pizzelli's, Chuck's Steak House, Gregg Norman's, The Sea Captain's Table and the Boundary are just a few. For you all you can eat folks and King Crab lover's Captain Georges is the best. Anything you can imagine on the water can be done In Little River, North Myrtle or Myrtle and let's not forget....Fishing excursions, Jet skiing, Parasailing, Banana Boats, Boat rentals, sightseeing tours and so much more. Within 5 minutes from the house you're on Sea Mountain Highway in North Myrtle Beach. While there visit, Moto Murphy's is great for a mid afternoon libation or a tasty snack. There's live alligators at Alligator Adventure and right next store you can calm your nerves at the Duplin Winery to thrill every member of your party. For kids there's water parks everywhere, F1 racing indoors, Bowling, go carts, bumper boats and many arcades and amusement parks.
