Dive into the ranch live in the middle of Scottsdale. Our tiny house sits adjacent to the arena where 3-4 horses roam and play. There is a pool on sight for use. Patio deck to have leisurely afternoon downtime to watch the horses. Common sights on property are coyotes, javelinas and bobcats that frequent the property. The tiny house was built last year and shows brand new. A queen size bed is in the lower room and two dormers are available for storage or sleeping needs.
Courteney and I have love sharing the ranch peacefulness with our guests and enjoy watching them embrace its Tranquility. From getting fresh eggs, to watching the horses play, they feel like they are in the wilderness with Scottsdale amenities a block away. We didn't know if having strangers in our bubble would work but it has been nothing but a blessing.
The property sits in the arts district of Scottsdale. We are close to old town Scottsdale and a Starbucks with surrounding restaurants is a walk away.
