The best part of Hummingbird Hill is the view. The property overlooks all of Fresno County. At night, the view of the stars and city lights is breathtaking. The property is located 15 minutes from the official entrance into Sequoia National Park; however, it shares a fence with the national forest. There is a sign located next to the front gate that reads "Entering Sequoia National Forest," as seen in the listing photos. The house is approximately 1200 sqft and fully furnished. The two bedrooms each have two beds with bedding and nightstands. The house has one bathroom with all the necessary amenities such as soap, toilet paper, body wash, shampoo, etc. The kitchen, in a similar fashion, has all the necessary cooking utensils.
