The IDA operates a boutique stay intentionally: eighteen full-kitchen suites in the heart of Downtown Phoenix. In-unit laundry, a rooftop open around the clock, and no front desk between you and your stay. What we love most is giving guests their own space and the freedom to settle in on their own schedule.
