Jade East Towers 0940 Professionally Managed by Newman-Dailey This beautifully furnished gulf front condo at the Popular Jade East Towers was recently added to our rental portfolio. This condo has been upgraded from top to bottom. Jade East 940 has three-bedrooms, all furnished with King beds which is perfect for a group of travelling couples. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. This condo boasts beautiful teal walls, much of what our waster looks like on the perfect beach day. We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays. We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
