Every detail in our 1925 old Florida home has been preserved and enhanced. You'll love being nestled in the treetops of Julia Place’s magical, lush surroundings. This is the entire second-floor unit of the house, with a private exterior entrance. Laurel Park is the coolest neighborhood in Sarasota. Julia Place is walkable to the bayfront and all of the best bars and restaurants in the city. Stroll around Laurel Park, with numerous historic buildings that radiate funky, artistic charm. The area is historic yet hip and most importantly, welcoming. We can’t wait to welcome you!

From your doorstep, you can walk to all of the best spots in town. Julia Place is a block from some of the most well-known restaurants in the city. The carriage house is right downtown and is a short walk from Bayfront Park, waterfront bars and restaurants, and rooftop bars with sweeping views of the entire city. Time is well spent simply strolling around the neighborhood of Laurel Park and the Burns Court district. You will appreciate the area’s numerous historic residential and commercial buildings that have been lovingly cared for and radiate funky, artistic charm. The neighborhood is historic yet hip, rooted in the past yet always cutting edge, and most importantly welcoming. We are a short bike ride or drive over either the Siesta or Lido bridges that lead to Sarasota’s world-class beaches. And we’ll provide you with all the gear and water sports equipment you could ever want to enjoy your time at our famous beaches!
