Located in the heart of Flagstaff this is the historic downtown area. Close to everything, Uptown Estates sits on the road to the Snowbowl (but you get the light and miss the long line at the turning lane). Walking distance to everything. There is a rental shop and coffee shop the next block over. The historic Beaver St. liquors is across the street and there is a grocery store the next block over. Within .25 miles of the hospital and .5 of NAU, it is really the heart of Flagstaff.
