This new construction townhouse is the perfect spot for your next vacation! Kara Lake 198 is just a short drive to the beaches of 30a! On the main floor, you will find an open floor plan with a large living room, updated kitchen, small eating area, and a half bathroom. Down the hall you will find the master suite, complete with a king size bed, flat screen TV, and attached bathroom. The large master bathroom has a double vanity and walk-in shower. The slider off the living room leads to a large screened in balcony with plenty of seating on the sectional couch. Take in the lake views while sipping some wine on the private balcony to wind down from a long day on the beach! Downstairs, you will find the two guest bedrooms and a shared bathroom. The first guest bedroom has a king size bed, and the second guest bedroom has two queens. The shared bathroom has a single vanity and a shower/tub combo. Ready to cool down? Take a short stroll over to the community pool overlooking the pond, and take a dip!
