This is a fully remodeled 3 bedroom/3 bath townhouse in Kawama Yacht Club in Key Largo. Minutes from John Pennekamp State Park, known for underwater scuba & snorkeling. Great restaurants are within walking distance. It is our second home and we have made it as inviting, comfortable and welcoming as possible. The townhouse has 2 living rooms, offering unique opportunity for your family to spread out. Perfect for kids to have their own space. The main floor (second floor) has a large living area with a 60" Smart HDTV, large windows, sliding doors and balcony overlooking the salt water lagoon which brings in natural light. This floor also has a full bath & kitchen. Kitchen has seating for 6 at the large island (plus 2 folding stools), new quartz countertops, Samsung appliances, coffee maker with both Carafe & single serve coffee pods. The 3rd floor has 2 master bedrooms. The first bdrm has a king bed with a balcony overlooking the lagoon. The second bdrm has a king bed with a 55" Smart HDTV cable & balcony. The 3rd floor has a full bathroom. The first floor has a 3rd bedroom with a queen bed. It also has the 2nd living room space (with a very comfy queen sofa bed), a full bathroom, 65" Smart HDTV & cable, and a washer & dryer. Townhouse has free high speed Wi-Fi, beach towels, 2 pickleball rackets & balls, 2 bikes & 2 kayaks. We try to provide all items necessary for your stay to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. We ask that you not take any items and be considerate and replace used items when possible. We try to provide an array of condiments, garbage bags, coffee filters, zip lock bags, aluminum foil, body wash, shampoo & conditioner, cleaning products, beach towels, bath towels, bikes, kayaks, etc. Each of the three full size bathrooms is equipped with 16.9 oz bottles of body wash, shampoo and conditioner. We ask that you do not take the refillable bottles with you. If you really like them - they are available on Amazon.

Kawama Yacht Club’s amenities include an on-site marina (with free boat ramp), docks available for rent, oceanfront access with fire-pits, a 400 foot jetty, 24 hour security, free boat trailer parking, fresh salt water lagoon, 2 heated pools, tiki huts, kids playground, pickleball and tennis courts. These amenities make Kawama Yacht Club a very desirable vacation. You can go boating, snorkeling, kayaking, paddle-boarding, or fishing or just catch a tan. Access to the marina ramp is free but boats must have 300K in insurance. You can rent a dock for your boat or store it daily for free at the dry boat yard. If you need a boat slip let us know and we can provide the marina's information. The townhouse overlooks a large salt water lagoon (my personal favorite) from both the balcony in a master bedroom and the living room. The lagoon offers two entrances. One with a walk-in beach entrance (where the kids can play in the sand) and the other with a beautifully re-built dock with stairs. It has 3 floating platforms that the kids love. Adults can watch the kids swim or kayak in the lagoon or jump off the platforms while relaxing on the balcony or the living room. Kawama offers a 400 ft jetty where you will take in spectacular sunsets. Plenty of free self parking. The beach at the jetty is more of just ocean access. Not a walk in beach. The salt water lagoon has a beach entrance.
