A short stroll brings you to the pristine white sands of the Gulf of Mexico, where you can soak up the sun, swim, or catch breathtaking sunsets. Plus, you're just blocks from Anna Maria Island’s top restaurants, shops, and local attractions. Hop on the nearby trolley to explore the island with ease—no car needed. Inside, you’ll find two fully equipped kitchens with modern appliances, making meal prep a breeze for large groups. The open and airy living spaces are filled with natural light and offer comfortable seating, smart TVs, board games, and entertainment options for everyone to enjoy. Whether you're planning a relaxing beach getaway or a fun-filled island adventure, Crab Shack delivers the best of both worlds. Things to Know: *Pool heat is included and maintained at 80°F. Additional pool heat to 85°F is available upon request for 32 dollars per day plus tax. A 48-hour notice is required. Heat may not be available if temperatures drop below 65 degrees. We will not be accepting payments for pool heat from May through October.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. 2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. An optional fee of USD 22 per day is available to be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
