This beautifully appointed one-bedroom apartment is located in a sought-after coastal neighborhood and offers private beach access, a heated pool, a hot tub, and a fully equipped kitchen—everything you need for a relaxing stay. The bedroom features a King size bed with premium linens, blackout curtains, and a Smart TV. The living room includes a pull-out sofa, providing additional sleeping space for families or extra guests. The kitchen is fully stocked with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, wine glasses, and a Keurig coffee maker with complimentary pods, tea, sugar, and creamer. An in-unit washer and dryer (detergent included) makes longer stays easy. The bathroom is stocked with fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer. Outside, enjoy a tropical courtyard with a heated pool, hot tub, covered patio, BBQ area, outdoor dining space, and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach. Free on-site parking is included. On-site EV charging is also available. Florida Atlantic University and Boca Resort are both just five minutes away, making this an excellent home base for graduations, weddings, conferences, and sporting events. An affordable local shuttle provides convenient access to Mizner Park, Trader Joe's, and Publix. Nearby attractions include South Beach Park (2 minutes), Red Reef Park snorkeling (5 minutes), Gumbo Limbo Nature Center (5 minutes), and Mizner Park dining and shopping (5 minutes). Pets are welcome (additional pet fee applies). Step-free entry and a pool hoist are available upon request. Keypad self-check-in allows for a seamless arrival experience.
