The view! That view! What a view! The ever-changing ocean views! No two days, no two hours are alike. I have owned across the street at the Koa resort for over 2 decades. Nothing prepared me on how different it is to have that amazingly different view of life unfolding in front of you each and everyday. I have greatly enjoyed working here on this condo! My goal was to update and modernize but to bring that view inside and surround you with the ocean , the beach and the vast sky colors! I hope I am exceeding. It's a total experience. Not just ocean but ocean activities of everyday life! The boats leaving out of the harbor for trips to Molokini in the morning. The Hawaiian canoe clubs that traverse out past every morning. The whales are putting on a show in their season. The wind riders, kite-boarders, windsurfers, and now, hydro surfing, all to watch from the large balcony (lanai). Sunsets are different every night! The sun sets, then the intensity continues to grow, changing and bouncing across the ever-changing clouds that add to every evening. You witness the stars and planets come out. Sunset brings so many locals and visitors alike to the shores to marvel at the end of another day. Locals come out to fish from shore, practice fire twirling, play with remote trucks, or simply walk the happy dogs to end the day. It is very special. Happy Hour can begin right from your private balcony, before leaving for one of the many outstanding restaurants close by or while you finish preparing a meal in the fun kitchen that doesn't let you miss a thing outside. Even with your back turned, all the entire room serves as a reflection of the ocean view, starting with the new 2026 Samsung Bespoke ocean glass refrigerator, Bespoke induction range, and Bespoke dishwasher. All designed to make things easy as you watch and cook, so food is on the table as soon as the sun sets. AC is designed to keep you cool in all areas with separate units in both bedrooms.

I am a retired Ballet dancer, Magazine manager, Event videographer, fitness instructor (White Tiger Yoga and Tai Chi), Melt Method instructor, and home owner since 2002. I have been the acting rental agent for our condo on Maui since 2012. We moved up to Pukalani until we moved back to Ohio in 2014. On January 9, 2026, we also purchased an investment property in the Hotel zone to help protect our island home at Koa resort. I have written iPhone apps on the Hawaiian islands. I lived in and owned the unit while living on the island of Maui for 8 years. We now live back in Ohio, playing with our one and only granddaughter! Maui is a place to make memories.
