It's my home, not just a rental. The unit is designed to sleep 6 guests comfortably. The number of guests permitted is 6, total, including babies and infants. Guest access A Parking/registration form must be filled out to park in lot. Please fill out form with the online link QR code provided . A permit will then be issued for display. A common key accesses the tennis courts, car wash station, cabana, the pool and the north gate out to walk the beaches just minutes across south Kihei road. Other things to note Free WiFi is contained in the unit and in our common area cabana.

We love Maui. We bought this condo in 2002! With dreams of living on the island for a "working retirement". We did so from 2006 to 2014 until moving back to Ohio to be close to our newly born granddaughter. We hope to return one day to live out the rest of our days in the sunshine of Maui.

Our favorite places to hike! There is so much to do and see on Maui! Where else can you visit a beautiful beach, then in a short hour and a half be on top of a Volcano watching the sunset? Haleakula is truly the house of the sun. You stay in Kihei, which is the dry, almost desert side of the mountain. Hana is the wet rainforest side of the mountain. You can have it all within an hour with our location.
