With a quality boat ramp located less than 1 mile from the house, you can have your boat in the water in no time and return to the comfort of your vacation home. And with additional parking and a children's playground and pavilion located at the community boat ramp, everyone in your group is sure to have a great time Dining room seats 6, with an additional 3 at the bar. Also, downstairs seats 6 at a table and 3 at the bar. On the porch there are two 6-top tables. Bedrooms 1-3 are on the main level. Bedrooms 4 and 5 are downstairs. Relax on the screened in porch OR outside while playing cornhole or croquet. Enjoy the fire pit in the evening. Only 4 steps down to the dock. Dock has 2 slips available and there are kayaks in the garage for you to explore the beauty of Smith Lake. You will LOVE this lake property! Six bedrooms/ 5 bathrooms.
