This spacious three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath canal-front townhouse offers everything you need for the perfect beach and fishing getaway. The home features an open-concept living area, a fully equipped kitchen with granite counters, and a private deck where you can fish, sunbathe, dock your boat, or enjoy sunset cocktails under the glowing deck lights. The owner may occasionally stay in a separate first-floor unit with a private garage entrance. Guests have uninterrupted, exclusive access to all listed areas, including the back deck. The owner will remain unobtrusive to ensure your privacy.
