Property info

4 cabins located off the street in a quiet location with a spectacular view of the mountains. 187 acres to explore with hiking trails. Ladd Pond has an 8 acre pond where you can fish, kayak, canoe or sit and relax and watch the wildlife and sunsets. Sihing is catch and release. We have direct access to snowmobile trails and easy access to ATV trails.

Neighborhood info

We are located 10 minutes from Pittsburgh and Colebrook. Where you can visit restaurants and small shops. Hiking, ATV and snowmobiling surrounds us. Beaver Brook Falls is 5 minutes down the road where you can view the falls or hike up their trails.
