At the heart of the home is a sleek and stylish kitchen offering stainless steel appliances, a granite breakfast bar, and artful light fixtures. After a day spent out and about, unwind in central air conditioning, stream a favorite movie in the living room, or step out onto the balcony to savor a glass of wine at golden hour. Of the bedrooms (both with smart TVs), one is a primary suite with its own bathroom and direct access to the balcony. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.
