Please notify us in advance so we can prepare accordingly. • A maximum of 1 dog, no more than 30 lbs, may be brought to this home. Dog waste bags are provided in a courtesy basket within the home and must be used and properly disposed of when taking a dog outside. • Washer and dryer in home. • Portable crib provided. • Communal pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason. HOA RULES: • NO DUALLY TRUCKS ALLOWED ON PROPERTY. • NO COMMERCIAL VEHICLES WITH SIGNAGE PERMITTED. • DO NOT BACK INTO PARKING SPACES. • No bumper or hitches can be extended over the sidewalk. • Parking pass must be filled out and displayed in vehicle(s) at all times throughout your stay. Guests are subject to fines if the completed pass is not displayed. • No items can be above the bed of the truck or cars. This includes tool boxes, kayaks. • No over-size vehicles. • No trailers other than boat trailers.
