Lakefront - huge water views. 2BR/2 BA saltwater pool. 2 king beds, queen futon and twin fold out. Each bedroom has its own full bath. One with large tiled walk in shower and the other with shower/tub combo with jetted tub. Apartment is located on the quiet north end of Lake Oconee with spectacular sunsets. Living area has 100” projection screen and surround sound. Pool/ping pong table combo, dock, pavilion, screen porch and fire pit. Full kitchen has everything you need and a laundry room with washer and dryer.
Apartment is in s quiet residential neighborhood minutes from downtown Greensboro with unique shopping opportunities, 45 minutes from Athens and University of Georgia, 90 minutes from Atlanta and 60 minutes from Augusta.
