Embark on scenic walks through 750 private acres of wildlife-filled trails or enjoy a bike ride into town. Fitness enthusiasts can use the full gym, which includes a new Life Fitness cable crossover machine, bench press, dumbbells, incline/decline treadmill, rower, elliptical machine, and Peloton Bike. Entertain guests in the oversized granite kitchen, additional sunroom, or game room equipped with a pool table, Ping-Pong, foosball, and classic Pac-Man and Galaga machines. Kids will love the chickens on the property—you can help yourself to fresh eggs from inside the chicken hutch. If apples are in season, there are unlimited pick-your-own apples in the field! Unwind in the state-of-the-art 24-seat movie theater with stadium seating. A short stroll across a residential road will lead you to 150 feet of sandy beach featuring a screened gazebo and a private boat house with a dock and boat garage. Inside, enjoy the wet bar, central air-conditioning, three gas fireplaces, and sunroom while taking in breathtaking water views. Feel free to explore the surroundings with bicycles, kayaks, and fishing gear, which are freely available. Take advantage of the convenient boat ramp on the lake, tie up your ski or fishing boat to the private dock, or revel in the backyard's private pond with a brook and a nostalgic 9-hole golf course. Though the golf course is no longer regularly maintained, it is mowed sporadically, and its tees and greens remain recognizable for those seeking a hearty golfing adventure.
