We love this quiet neighborhood, because it has an amazing view, access to Docks beach which has over 9,000 acres of trails. Close to many biking trails, hiking trails, and lakes. Minutes from down town restaurants and more. *Please be advised * This is my permanent residence. The home design does have one room and bathroom in the lower level that is only accessible by the main living space of our home. For your comfort and security this section of the house has a double locked door (one deadbolt accessible by the guest and one deadbolt accessible by myself). That being said, the basement rental is secure and only accessible by the guests main door. The rental is 100% a private space for guests. My family and I will do our best to be unheard during your stay but there is a chance you may hear us using this space. Cars are the preferred option, but you can definitely ride your bike and Street legal RZR from here to town
