Property info

The Lantern Condos at Lumberyard Lofts are two adjacent condos just a block up from Lake Pepin. Mist Condo is a tastefully-decorated one-bedroom with a full kitchen and bath, and is just right for 2-4 guests. Raindrop Condo has two bedrooms, a large modern living room and a sunny loft kitchen and sleeps 4-6 guests. These condos are a great place to relax after a fun-filled day exploring nearby wineries, restaurants, or the Pepin Marina and beach, both just down the block. In addition to the lovely bedrooms and living rooms, each condo includes a full kitchen if you'd like to cook on site, including a full complement of pots, pans, bakeware, dishes, silverware, etc. We do provide dish soap, basic spices, oil and a small selection of tea. Bring your own coffee supplies, food, beverages, sunblock and mosquito repellant. We also provide towels for use in the home, soap, shampoo and conditioner and beach towels for you to use during your stay. Airbed kits are available for a small fee. The Lantern Condos are a great place to stay for weddings, boating, touristing or working on the go with our provided high-speed wifi. There's plenty of street parking for vehicles and boats, too, as well as a new EV charger (14-50 plug) on the property for your use. We have additional vacation rentals in Pepin as well (including in the same building), in case you have a larger group and would like to book parallel accommodations. Must-know information for guests at this property

You are required to sign and abide by the Renter Agreement provided to you upon booking, as well provide us with a photo of your government-issued ID (driver license, state ID or passport), and to place a security deposit on file with us via your credit card (shared space rentals do not require a security deposit). These requirements must be completed within 3 days of booking. However, if you book within 24 hours of arrival (including same-day reservations), they must be completed within 1 hour of booking and before arrival. Reservations that do not meet these requirements will be canceled. For reservations that do not facilitate host-initiated cancelation, your reservation will remain active and you will not be allowed access to the property, nor will any refund be given. Residents of the state of Illinois are required to provide an additional security deposit and/or documentation upon request, and may also be required to sign a Renter Agreement Addendum.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
