Unit 3 has 2 bedrooms, including 1/king, 1/queen, 1 pull out queen couch; 1 bathroom with a shower only; hot tub is just outside the door! We provide all linens. Large flatscreen with basic “live tv”. Desk with chair for in unit work or gaming. The dining table has 2 attached folding leafs providing seating for 8 guest. Chairs from around the unit can be added to the table, great multipurpose table. 2 swivel chairs, a 6’ couch with tables and a corner sitting area with bistro table, complete the living room. Bedrooms are private, not oversized and well appointed. Hot tub just outside the unit, it is shared with other guests. Privacy drapes on all the windows. We are hosting your accommodations only. Your accommodations are located directly across the street from a world class white sandy beach about 9 miles of a tropical paradise. Tropical paradise in Florida doesn’t get better than Bradenton Beach! The sun is intense so bring sunscreen, wear hats and plan to stay indoors in inclement weather conditions. Beach equipment rental companies offer drop off and pick up service to insure you have your preferred beach comfort. You are welcome to use the assortment of beach equipment tucked around the property no guarantees! The free trolley stops just to our South a few houses and hits all the hot spots! Parking is available for 2 cars, parking is included in the pricing. Cleaning is done on departure and is included in the price. Additionally cleans are available for a fee. The free washer and dryer is shared with unit 2 and the house team when guest are departing. Sunrise happens just a few blocks east on the bay, sunsets just across the street, catch all of them. Nesting turtles or babies hatching can be spotted at night certain times of the year, worth it! Fishing charters, boat tours, horseback on the beach, jet ski rentals, parasailing, bridge walking and more! We are happy to host your accommodations what you experience is yours to watch, enjoy and share

Come unwind at our families beach house- now shared with you. We welcome travelers to rest, play and explore at your pace, independently or as a group. Kick off your shoes, use the kitchen, enjoy the outdoor space and make yourselves at home. The island offers a lot of options. We are focused on your accommodations but happy to answer questions when possible. The best deals are bookings for a month or longer, the most expensive bookings are for overnight stays(not cheap), less expensive options are off the island. The perks of staying on the island overnight we allow early arrival for parking and luggage drops. Check out is at 10am, we offer parking until sunset day of departure. The outdoor facilities can be used and the laundry room makes a great quick change for the journey off the island.
